Location: Marysville, WA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy via telehealth to Washington residents using structured sessions and evidence-informed approaches. You’ll handle assessments, therapy delivery, and documentation with support from a remote clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth intakes and ongoing therapy sessions
• Document diagnoses and clinical impressions
• Build treatment plans and track outcomes over time
• Maintain timely EMR notes and required documentation
• Join virtual consults, trainings, and case reviews
• Follow escalation procedures for safety concerns

Requirements

• Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
• Master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in clinical therapy preferred
