Location: Richmond, KY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Help Kentucky clients access therapy from home through secure video sessions. You’ll focus on assessments, clear goals, and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and diagnostic assessments remotely
• Provide structured telehealth therapy sessions
• Develop treatment plans with step-by-step progress markers
• Keep clinical documentation timely and accurate
• Attend virtual team check-ins and training sessions
• Provide clinical feedback that supports ongoing service improvement

Requirements

• Active Kentucky license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
• Clinical experience in individual therapy
• Comfortable managing a scheduled caseload in a remote setting
