Location: Annapolis, MD
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy to Maryland clients via secure video sessions, supported by a centralized team that handles scheduling and billing. Your focus stays on clinical care and realistic change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual telehealth sessions for adults and/or adolescents
• Complete intake assessments and diagnostic write-ups
• Create treatment plans that translate into clear next steps
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation in the EMR
• Participate in virtual consultation groups and trainings
• Provide clinical perspectives that support service improvements

Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or MFT
• Clinical experience providing therapy in a structured setting
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication skills
