Location: Rochester, MN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide virtual therapy to Minnesota residents seeking structured, reliable support. You’ll manage a defined caseload, offer ongoing counseling, and document progress as part of a coordinated telehealth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake profiles and diagnostic assessments via video
• Offer ongoing psychotherapy using appropriate clinical approaches
• Develop and revise treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Maintain thorough electronic records and documentation
• Join regular staff and clinical meetings virtually

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Previous outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
• Ability to manage a consistent schedule from a home office
