Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + benefits

Key Duties:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Use evidence-based interventions to address relational and behavioral concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with management and clinical teams to optimize care delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in therapeutic intervention planning.
