Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Sparks, NV
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to take on a telehealth-based clinical supervisor position. You will balance direct client work with overseeing a group of therapists, helping them navigate complex family dynamics, manage risk, and provide consistent care across the service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver online therapy services to adults, couples, and families.
- Provide one-on-one and group supervision to LMFTs and other licensed clinicians.
- Review clinical notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic impressions for quality and accuracy.
- Support therapists in managing crises and high-risk situations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.
- Contribute to staff trainings, clinical policies, and program development.
- Track clinical outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Active Nevada license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
- Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or senior clinician role preferred.
- Strong background in telehealth or willingness to work entirely remotely.
- Comfortable providing feedback, supporting newer clinicians, and upholding clinical standards.
