Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

This role provides remote therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will focus on communication patterns, relational stressors, and emotional health using structured therapeutic frameworks. The position is client-focused and fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth sessions with individuals and families
• Apply systems-based therapy models
• Develop relational treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and goals
• Maintain accurate clinical records

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience in outpatient or virtual settings
• Strong understanding of relational interventions
• Consistent time management skills
