sessions within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), for patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via telehealth, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos. </li><li>Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment and discharge plans that align with IOP level-of-care requirements and evidence-based best practices. </li><li>Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery. </li><li>Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches. </li><li>Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary. </li><li>Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. </li><li>Pioneer innovative ways of improving access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized populations. </li><li>Champion the company’s mission by modeling compassion and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and communities. </li><li>Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring disorders, and available resources to support sustained recovery and overall health.  </li><li>Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in SUD treatment.  </li></ul><h3>Qualifications  </h3><ul><li>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in Ohio. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2"
