We’re looking for a talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join the growing network of telehealth providers through You Health Medical Groups. In this full-time role, you will provide care to patients seeking treatment for a range of men’s health conditions, sexual health, and hair loss. This role is focused specifically on supporting male patients seeking care for hormone-related concerns, so applicants should have experience or strong interest in this area of men's health. The primary focus of this role is delivering synchronous care through video visits, with some additional asynchronous care as needed.

Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. Hims & Hers provides administrative support to You Health providers, allowing providers to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care. Providers must reside in the continental US to access the Hims & Hers platform.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary.
Uphold unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
Conduct ongoing patient care duties, special projects as needed, and additional duties as assigned by their manager and/or clinical leadership.
Support protocol reviews, contributing to ongoing improvement of care delivery.
Conduct quality reviews of provider interactions.
Deliver care for conditions that may involve the use of controlled substances.
Perform other responsibilities as needed to support evolving business priorities.
Requirements:
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, A-GNP, AG-ACNP, etc.)
Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances
Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Adult Gerontology, Family
3+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
1+ years of previous telehealth experience
Actively licensed in more than 10 states
Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Comfortable providing care synchronously via video
No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing
Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
Please Note: You Health is not able to consider Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners. Applicants must be Board Certified.
