The Role

We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care. The Nurse Practitioner will contribute to the company’s growth by providing direct patient care at our Northern New Jersey centers. This is a flex role combining remote administrative work with hands-on infusion care across our northern NJ centers. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Schedule & Structure:

This role is structured as a 4-day flex split:

  • 2 days remote — managing NP-specific responsibilities including Medicare patient management and chart reviews

  • 2 days on-site — working as an infusion nurse across our northern NJ centers (Emerson, Paramus, Morristown, Edison, Middletown, Freehold, and Wayne)

Center coverage days will rotate across all northern locations. Candidates may live anywhere in the Northern New Jersey area with the understanding that travel to any of the above centers is required two days per week.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines

  • Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.)

  • Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care through order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication

  • Prescribe select medications in accordance with patient needs, clinical protocols, evidence-based standards, and organizational policies

  • Order and maintain medical inventory and supplies

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities (Remote Days)

  • Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation

  • Ensure clinical quality & compliance across the region through chart auditing, clinical supervision and oversight, and Letters of Medical Necessity

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey

  • Ability and willingness to travel to all northern NJ centers as needed (Emerson, Paramus, Morristown, Edison, Middletown, Freehold, Wayne)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care

  • Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
