POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Hospital Partnerships with an RN background to lead and grow strategic relationships with hospitals and health systems. This is a highly client-facing, consultative sales role that is essential in expanding Sevaro’s footprint through thoughtful engagement, clinical credibility, and healthcare expertise.

A successful candidate will bring proven experience in technology sales, particularly in health tech or telehealth, with the ability to clearly articulate and sell technology-driven solutions to clinical and administrative decision-makers. Your ability to translate complex technical offerings into meaningful, compelling value propositions will be key to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and nurture high-impact relationships with key stakeholders at partner hospitals and health systems.
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and trusted liaison to hospital leadership and clinical teams.
• Lead a consultative, technology-focused sales approach to secure new hospital partnerships.
• Manage the contracting and onboarding process for new partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sevaro’s clinical, implementation, and executive teams to ensure smooth program deployment and sustained partnership success.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative, tech-enabled service enhancements.
• Translate Sevaro’s technology-driven solutions into clear, compelling benefits for clinical and administrative audiences.
• Represent Sevaro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.
• Ensure alignment between partner goals and Sevaro’s mission, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Active RN license required, Master’s Degree Preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, including at least 2+ years in hospital partnerships, technology sales, clinical sales, or provider relations.
• Demonstrated success in technology sales, ideally at a health technology or telehealth company, with a proven ability to sell complex solutions to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Prior experience in neurology, stroke care, or telehealth is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite meetings and conferences.

WHAT WE OFFER:
• Competitive salary with performance incentives
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) offering with company match
• 100% remote role with technology package provided
• 15 days of PTO and paid holidays
• Generous stock equity offering
