Position Summary:

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will deliver high-quality mental health care, including psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and evidence-based interventions, to individuals within a correctional setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health and rehabilitation of incarcerated individuals, ensuring care aligns with ethical and legal standards. • We’re currently hiring for a psychologist with PsyPact authorization to support a structured, 3-day-a-week virtual group therapy program with adolescents.
• For example, the groups would be conducted three days a week—such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—with each day consisting of three 50-minute group sessions and 10-minute breaks between them. A sample schedule would include sessions from 5:00–5:50 PM, 6:00–6:50 PM, and 7:00–7:50 PM (Eastern Time).

In addition to facilitating the groups, the psychologist would be responsible for:

• Completing all documentation related to the group sessions
• Developing and maintaining treatment plans
• Participating in Peer-to-Peer reviews for utilization review as needed

Group sizes will average around 10 participants, not to exceed 12.

Licensure in the following states is required or preferred:

Requirements  

• An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities 
• Forensic Psychology Experience Preferred
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited university (required) 
• Current, unrestricted Clinical or Counseling Psychologist license (required) 
• Applicants must successfully pass the required criminal background check
