Job Title: Clinical Therapist
Location: Quincy, IL (Remote)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is a fully remote role. Candidates from all states are welcome to apply; however, an active Illinois licensure (LPC/LSW or LCPC/LCSW) is required.

As a therapist, you'll be responsible for assisting individuals in improving their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments and providing clinical guidance as they move toward recovery. You will complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment processes, determine and document diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings.

IL LPC/LSW: $64,000–$67,000/year
IL LCPC/LCSW: $68,000–$72,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment processes within designated time frames.
Determine and document diagnosis based on comprehensive assessment.
Develop treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory/CARF guidelines.
Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings and provide feedback on pertinent cases.
Adhere to weekly service provision model.
Work closely with the insurance department to ensure authorized services are approved and adequate information is provided within specified time frames.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required.
Must hold active Illinois licensure as LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW.
Must be willing to become licensed in additional states as needed.
Must be comfortable providing telehealth services.
