Position Overview:
We’re seeking a California-licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing virtual team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to provide therapy and/or assessments in a supportive, clinician-first environment. Whether you're experienced in private practice or new to telehealth, we provide the tools and team you need to thrive.
Job Duties:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Option to conduct psychological assessments
- Perform diagnostic intakes and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Attend optional team meetings, training, and case consultation sessions
Requirements
- Active California license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred
- Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic health records
- Reliable internet and private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
