What will you be doing?Â
Provide telephonic and/or in bound or outbound non-promotional disease state educational support for designated on label treatment indications of products to patients and caregivers.Â
Provide treatment and medical device product education.
Provide education to patients related to available support programs, product fulfillment processes, and insurance coverageÂ
Address patient questions related to their insurance coverage, the product fulfillment process, and/or their eligibility for support programs provided by the clientÂ
Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers or other identified customers in accordance with client proceduresÂ
Conducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and/or caregiversÂ
Enrolling patients/caregiver into educational seminars or providing resources to assist them with finding local community resources or centers of care for their diseaseÂ
Collecting demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursement services and literature fulfillmentÂ
Maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts and leverage live video conferencing software on the web/client specific websites as applicableÂ
Utilize approved materials provided by Inizio or by the client, without changing, copying or distributing the materialsÂ
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio Engage requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframeÂ
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customersÂ
To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunitiesÂ
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and time reportingÂ
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the Patient Solutions teamÂ
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructionsÂ
Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required.Â
Perform other duties as requested.Â

What do you need for this position?Â
US RN License OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker Required Â
Must have recent Psychology experience within a Mental Health facility or clinic Â
Working knowledge of prior authorizations and benefit investigations highly preferred Â
Associates degree/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experienceÂ
Prior Phone experience is highly preferred Â
Demonstrate effective and professional communication and ability to explain complex healthcare topics in layman’s termsÂ
Technical knowledge of health care reimbursement from a patient and provider perspective (e.g., authorizations, appeals process)Â
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voiceÂ
Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology - minimum 1-year call center or virtual/tele-health high-touch, high quality customer service experience is preferred.Â
Demonstrable organizational skillsÂ
Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularlyÂ
