Position Highlights

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AVP of Hospital Partnerships to drive Sevaro’s strategic hospital and health system relationships nationwide. This high-visibility leadership role will oversee hospital partnership growth, leveraging clinical expertise and a consultative, technology-driven sales approach.

As AVP, you will be responsible for securing new hospital partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and collaborating with executive leadership to shape Sevaro’s market presence. This role requires a strong blend of clinical knowledge, health technology sales experience, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for hospital leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic partnerships with hospitals and health systems across the U.S.
• Serve as a trusted clinical and strategic liaison to hospital executives, administrators, and clinical leaders.
• Oversee all aspects of the hospital partnership lifecycle, including contracting, onboarding, and expansion of services.
• Drive a consultative, technology-focused sales strategy to secure new partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sevaro’s Clinical, Product, Implementation, and Executive teams to ensure seamless program execution and long-term success.
• Identify opportunities for growth and propose innovative solutions that enhance clinical and operational performance.
• Represent Sevaro at high-level industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as a thought leader in tele-neurology.
• Maintain alignment with partner goals while upholding Sevaro’s mission to deliver exceptional patient care and provider experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, with at least 3+ years in hospital partnerships, health technology sales, or provider relations.
• Proven success in health technology or telehealth solution sales to hospital systems and C‑suite leaders.
• Prior experience in neurology, stroke care, or telehealth strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry conferences.
