Requirements
Schedule: 12-15 hours per week
Schedule Requirements: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00am -
1:00pm ET; Every other Saturday from 9:00am - 1:00pm ET
Experience Requirements: Must have prior aesthetic medicine experience
License Requirements: Must hold active NP licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and
hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA.
Conduct telehealth medical clearance evaluations in accordance with SEV
protocols and state regulations
β Perform Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) and assess client eligibility for
treatment
β Maintain availability during assigned coverage hours to support clinic
operations
β Complete evaluations within required service timeframes
β Document all evaluations accurately and compliantly within SEV systems
β Escalate complex or high-risk cases to clinical leadership when appropriate
β Provide coverage across assigned locations and maintain familiarity with
state-specific requirements
β Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to support
alignment and workflow improvement
β Must hold active Nurse Practitioner licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and
hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA.
β Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (supported by SEV)
β Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
β Experience with telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight
β Familiarity with aesthetic or dermatology environments preferred
β Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
β Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
β Strong documentation practices and understanding of compliance standards
β Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms
Clinical Compliance
β 100% compliance with state medical clearance regulations
β Accurate and complete clinical documentation for all telehealth evaluations
Operational Timeliness
β Telehealth evaluations completed within defined service timeframes
β Minimal delays impacting clinic treatment schedules
Coverage Reliability
β Consistent availability during scheduled coverage hours
β Reliable support for SEV locations
Clinical Quality
β Clear documentation of client eligibility determinations
β Appropriate escalation of complex or high-risk cases

Telehealth Providers support the operational consistency, regulatory integrity, and
client safety standards that enable SEV to scale its national platform responsibly.
