Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Full-Time, Tennessee Residents

This is a great opportunity for licensed therapists in Tennessee to provide virtual care through a secure, established telehealth platform. Our system handles the administrative side so you can focus on therapy and client progress.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened clients.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active Tennessee license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
