Full-Time Remote Therapist – Tennessee License Required

Job Summary
We’re seeking LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs licensed in Tennessee to provide telehealth therapy. This full-time position allows you to deliver counseling sessions online, helping clients manage stress, relationships, and personal goals. You’ll enjoy the security of a steady schedule and the freedom of working remotely.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families virtually
• Create structured treatment plans and monitor progress
• Collaborate with care teams for continuity of services
• Document sessions in compliance with state standards
• Engage in training to strengthen skills

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Tennessee license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Skilled in remote care delivery
