Job Summary
We’re hiring Tennessee-licensed therapists to provide counseling remotely. You’ll connect with clients from across the state, offering therapy that supports personal growth, resilience, and healthier ways of managing stress. This role provides a steady weekday schedule and the convenience of working from home.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead secure telehealth sessions with adults and families
• Develop and update treatment strategies for each client
• Document services thoroughly and on time
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality care
• Stay engaged in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Tennessee license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Skilled in remote care delivery
