We’re expanding our virtual care program and seeking licensed therapists across Tennessee. In this role, you’ll help clients navigate personal and emotional challenges, offering counseling that’s both accessible and effective. Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Build client-centered treatment plans
• Track outcomes and adjust care when needed
• Document services accurately in compliance with standards
• Collaborate virtually with other providers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Tennessee license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Skilled in remote care delivery
