Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time Remote Position in Tennessee
We’re dedicated to connecting Licensed Mental Health Professionals to clients via a trusted and user-friendly online platform. This role is an excellent fit for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who enjoy providing effective therapy to pre-screened, low-acuity clients. Focus solely on your clinical practice while we take care of the administrative details.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits plan.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct virtual client evaluations and develop customized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and monitor progress goals.
• Offer telehealth solutions for client convenience.
• Ensure detailed documentation that meets professional standards.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends and therapeutic methods.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and case management skills.
