Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Remote – Tennessee-Based
We help Licensed Mental Health Therapist connect with clients through an efficient, online platform designed to make care more accessible. If you are an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, this role offers you the opportunity to focus on delivering excellent clinical care to pre-screened clients with low-acuity needs. With administrative work handled for you, your time will be fully devoted to your practice.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 per year, along with an attractive benefits package.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct online assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Use evidence-based approaches in therapy sessions.
• Partner with clients to achieve their mental health goals.
• Offer remote therapy options for greater accessibility.
• Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner.
• Pursue ongoing professional education to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and case management skills.
